Arguing with strangers online is a mug's game, and arguing with associates (FB "friends" as opposed to actual friends) is probably worse. Unless one finds a bona-fide neo nazi in one's midst (in which case, one should know what to do), it's probably better to let things lie.

Nevertheless, part of one wants to keep going. In the interest of that, I shout into this hole what I thought better not to shout into the world.

"Nevertheless, the Parliament is what keeps any one politician from simply doing as they please - a bill has to be voted on, has to undergo scrutiny, has to be deemed legal and constitutional. It's definitely not perfect but it is what keeps those buggers in check. . ."
